The reigning Conference USA champion Lady Techsters begin a new era in the Sun Belt Conference with a schedule featuring regional rivalries and familiar foes.
The schedule features 15 home games inside the Thomas Assembly Center, a challenging non-conference slate and the return of several long-standing regional rivalries as Louisiana Tech enters its new conference home.
The Lady Techsters open the regular season on November 2nd at Toledo as part of the MAC x SBC Challenge before hosting Texas A&M-Texarkana in the home opener on November 5th. The second MAC x SBC Challenge will be announced early January and will be played in Ruston on February 6th.
The non-conference schedule features contests against in-state opponents McNeese, the Southland Conference champions, and Northwestern State. The Memphis Tigers also visit the TAC with first year head coach Hana Haden, who previously served at Georgia Southern.
The Lady Techsters will take trips to SEC foes Ole Miss, Georgia and Arkansas. The Rebels and Lady Bulldogs made the NCAA Tournament last season, with Ole Miss narrowly missing a Sweet Sixteen appearance. LA Tech will also visit Stephen F. Austin, the champions of the Southland Conference Tournament.
Louisiana Tech will face its first Sun Belt opponent against regional rival ULL on December 16th in the TAC, the first matchup between the programs in five years. Sun Belt Conference play will officially begin on New Year’s Eve when Coastal Carolina visits Ruston.
The move to the Sun Belt reunites Louisiana Tech with several familiar opponents and restores annual regional rivalries that have been absent from the schedule in recent years.
Among the highlights are two meetings with in-state rival ULM, as the Lady Techsters travel I20 to Monroe on Jan. 23 before hosting the Warhawks on Feb. 3. The series renews one of the state’s closest rivalries, with the two campuses separated by less than 40 miles. The Lady Techsters have faced the Warhawks 60 times, the most of any opponent, having won 49 games.
Additional Sun Belt home games include Old Dominion, Georgia Southern, South Alabama, Southern Miss and Troy, while the Lady Techsters will travel to Marshall, James Madison, ULL, Arkansas State, South Alabama and Troy during conference play.
The regular season concludes Feb. 26 at Arkansas State before the Lady Techsters begin postseason play at the Sun Belt Women’s Basketball Championship in Pensacola, Florida in early March.
Floor season ticket holders will be contacted to renew, relocate, and add-on additional seats before those are made available to the public.
Season ticket holders who renew by Aug. 31 can take advantage of early bird pricing.

- Combo Package (Both Teams): $284
Following the Aug. 31 deadline, season ticket prices will increase.
Season ticket holders receive the best value while securing the same seats for every home game throughout the 2026-27 season. The complete schedules and additional game-day information will be announced at a later date.
