A Simsboro woman was arrested Friday when a Lincoln Parish deputy responded to a complaint of threats.
A woman called from the apartments located at 9571 Highway 80 in Simsboro reporting she had been threatened in a Facebook post. The complainant said the sender of the post lived in a nearby apartment.
Deputy S. Carr talked with Kimberly J. Collins, 38, of Simsboro. During the conversation, the deputy learned from sheriff’s office dispatch that Collins was wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a disturbing the peace charge.
Collins was arrested and booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center. Bail was set at $500.
