Lincoln Parish high school track and field teams totaled 40 first-place finishes at district track meets held at various locations earlier this week.
Following is a breakdown of those results:
Ruston District 2-5A Track Meet Results
The Ruston Lady Bearcats Track and Field team posted 13 first-place finishes, eight second-place finishes and four third-places held Wednesday at the University of Louisiana-Monroe.
Earning first place finishes for the Lady Bearcats were Chelsi Tatum (100m Dash), Jada Williams (400m Dash), Lily Garrett (1,600m and 3,200m Runs), Bryana Craig (100m Hurdles, High Jump and Long Jump), Faith Miller (Triple Jump), Autumn Craig (Discus) and the 2X200, 2X400 and 2X800 Relay teams.
Taking first-place marks for Ruston’s boys team were Brady Beason (200m Dash), Joshua Anding (400m Dash), Nelson Blackburn (1,600m Run), Brandon Green (300m Hurdles and Triple Jump), Ean Outley (Pole Vault) and the 4X100, 4X200 and 4X800 Relay teams.

Lincoln Prep District 1-1A Track Meet Results
The Lincoln Preparatory School Track and Field teams posted three third-place finishes at the District 1-1A Meet held Wednesday at Ringgold High School.
Shandrea Green was the lone Lady Panther recording a Top Three finish while the Panthers Boys team finished in third place in both the 4X100 and 4X200 Relays.

Cedar Creek District 2-1A Track Meet Results
The Cedar Creek Track and Field teams posted three first-place finishes, four second-place showings and eight third-place finishes at the District 2-1A Meet held Wednesday at Ouachita Christian School in Monroe.
Taking top finishes for the Lady Cougars were Taylor Ramsey (3,200m Run), Ryleigh Geis (Long Jump) and Annie Jones (Javelin).

Choudrant District 2-B Track Meet Results
The Choudrant Track and Field teams posted four first-place finishes, four second-place showings and 10 third-place finishes at the District 2-1A Meet held Tuesday at Quitman High School.
Taking first place for the Lady Aggies were Heather Murphy (400m Dash), Kamry Rhodes (3,200m Run) and Kylie Portilloz (Discus) while Jack Groce added a top showing for the CHS Boys team in the 3,200m Run.

Simsboro District 2-B Track Meet Results
The Simsboro Track and Field teams posted 20 first-place finishes, 13 second-place showings and three third-place finishes at the District 2-1A Meet held Tuesday at Quitman High School.
Taking first place for the Lady Tigers were Ikeia Brown (100m Dash and 100m Hurdles), Jade Gilmore (200m Dash and Long Jump) and Lauryn Vernon (Triple Jump).
Finishing on top for the CHS Boys Team were Nick Maryland (100m Dash 110m Hurdles and 300m Hurdles), Chilaydrien Newson (200m Dash and Triple Jump), Michael Pesnell (400m Dash), Itavus Brown (800m Run), Jordan Crawford (High Jump) Gary Harris (Discus), Daniel Martinez (Javelin) and the 4X100, 4×200 abd 4X400 Relay teams.
