Dustin Hargrove, 36, of Simsboro was taken into custody at his residence Tuesday evening. Hargrove was booked on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court, but the original charge was not available at press time.

Justin D. Pendarvis, 27, was arrested Tuesday morning for possession of Schedule III controlled substances. Bail was set at $2,500.

A wanted fugitive from Michigan was arrested by LPNET Wednesday afternoon at a Lexington Street home in Ruston. When Sylvester D. He was booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center for resisting an officer and a Michigan parole violation warrant.
