On New Year’s Eve, Louisiana Tech Police began an investigation into the early morning vandalism to the Integrated Engineering and Science Building (IESB). Several windows of the building were destroyed. 

The IESB is among the newest construction on the Tech campus.

Police believe the suspect used some kind of firearm to cause the damage. Police are continuing to investigate leads on this case but are also asking for assistance from anyone who may have knowledge of this crime.

Anyone with information relative to this crime or know of someone who has exhibited concerning behavior about the College of Engineering can contact Tech Police at 257-4018. Callers can remain anonymous. Tips can also be submitted as an anonymous report to Tech Police using the SafeDog app, which is free to Tech students and has a “anonymous reporting” feature, or by sharing the information with a trusted faculty/staff member.
