The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) released its final team rankings of the 2023 spring season on Wednesday with Louisiana Tech closing out the year ranked No. 73 in the country.
LA Tech adds more to its historic resume by being nationally ranked in the final team rankings for the first time in program history. The Lady Techsters have been ranked in the last six polls, dating back to April 4 when they made their debut at No. 64.
The squad, led by Conference USA Coach of the Year Amanda Stone, registered a 20-6 overall record, the second most victories in school history. They also had their highest finish ever in C-USA while advancing to the semifinals of the C-USA Tournament for the first time ever.
