Senior adult program scheduled for tomorrow

Northern Louisiana Medical Center (NLMC) is hosting “A Night at the Oscars” as part of The Circle, a program designed to enrich the lives of adults ages 50 and better.

The event will take place at the Ruston Civic Center tomorrow (Thursday) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and cost is $5 (paid the day of at the door).

The program will consist of:

  • A message from NLMC CEO Kathy Hall
  • Take 1, Scene 1 at the Activity Booths
  • The Blessing by Ruston Mayor Ronny Walker
  • Fine dining courtesy of L&L Catering
  • Entertainment by”The Monarch Band”
  • and plenty of star struck door prizes

The Circle offers health and wellness programs such as free exercise classes and health talks with physicians and community leaders. 

The program includes a wide range of activities to participate in such as bingo, pokeno, art classes, monthly outings to Celebrity Theater, bowling and much more. 

The circle offers members travel opportunities, fellowship and social events such as our upcoming Circle Anniversary.
