
The Cypher Crime Unit of the Office of the Louisiana Attorney General has arrested a West Monroe man for possession of sexual abuse images and videos of children. The Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
Jessie Tyler Rhodes, 28, was arrested Friday on 250 counts of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13. The arrest was a result of an ongoing investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office, the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office, the West Monroe Police Department, and the FBI.

According to Matt Henderson with LPSO, the arrest stemmed from a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. LPSO is part of a task force working with the state agents on such cases and assisting in Rhodes’ apprehension.
Bail was Rhodes was set at $2.5 million. He is being held at the Ouachita Correctional Center.
