The city of Ruston has announced holiday closures and trash collection adjustments due to the Thanksgiving holiday this Thursday.
City Hall and the Utility Billing Office will be closed Nov. 23-24.
There will be no recycle, garbage or trash collection on Nov. 23-24. Recycle pickup for Thursday and Friday’s residential routes (including routes outside the city of Ruston) will be picked up Wednesday, Nov. 22. Garbage pickup for Thursday’s residential route located outside the city of Ruston will also be picked up on Wednesday, Nov. 22.
The commercial garbage trucks will not run on Nov. 23-24.
