Wanted man arrested at disturbance

A Ruston man was arrested last Monday evening after Lincoln Parish deputies responded to a disturbance and encountered a wanted person.

Deputies were called to a Castle Street residence where they were told Antonio Spivey, 45, damaged the residence by punching holes in the walls. Spivey appeared to be intoxicated and was taken into custody.

The victim, being a family member, did not wish to pursue charges for the property damage. Spirvey was booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court for the offenses of criminal trespass and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $1,000.
