I applaud the coaches, players and the staff for an excellent played game.

Out of 12 grands, I am elated to have one, so far, to choose to attend my alma mater and to be a part of the football team. He is number 27, Jeremiah Freeman. Through everything that he has gone through or is going through with severe asthma he Maintained enough confidence to strive to the top.

Coach Baugh, thank you for being there and helping him mold himself in to the player that he is now. Last year he was a freshman sitting on the sidelines. We lost the championship games and he cried harder that the varsity players. We had talk about him becoming a better player so he could make the varsity team and he did just that. I am so proud of him and all of the other players that wanted to eat that thing up.

My eyes filled with tears as the clock rolled to zero and it was ours after 33 years. I am class of ’81, and very proud to say that I am forever a Bearcat.
