Ruston Police arrested a Texas man last Friday after responding to a disturbance call and finding the man with drugs.
Donald Rice., 42, of Rio Vista, Texas, was arrested on drug charges after officers responded to the U-Pak-It convenience store on Cooktown Road about 6:30 a.m.
