The City of Ruston announces, weather permitting, that the outside, eastbound lane of W. California Avenue, in the vicinity of 1101 W. California Ave., will be closed on Wednesday, July 23, from 8 a.m. -11 a.m.
This closure is necessary for a utility pole replacement.
