The Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested two men and a woman at a residence in Vienna, with charges ranging from drug possession to violation of a protective order last Monday.
Taylor M. Williams, 37, Nathaniel I. McDowell, 21, and Jennifer Marie Woods-Lowery, 43, all of Ruston, were arrested about 2:30 p.m. on October 27.
Deputies went to a Terral Lane residence in Vienna to execute warrants. During a search of the premises, three individuals with active warrants or protective orders were located.

Williams was found in a bedroom where an improvised bong for smoking drugs was located along with a package of rolling papers. When he was arrested, Williams was found with two more packages of rolling papers in his pocket. It was also determined Williams was under an active protective order to stay away from Woods-Lowery, who was also on the premises.
Williams was booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center for violation of a protective order and possession of drug paraphernalia. Woods-Lowery was booked on two warrants for failure to appear in Third District Court on charges of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. McDowell was booked on two warrants for failure to appear in Ruston City Court earlier this year on charges of criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.
