A Ruston man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly caused a disturbance at a residence where he was barred from the property.
Antoine Spivey, 47, was arrested February 1 for criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a call that a man was under the influence of a controlled substance and was banned from the property.
Responding officers found Spivey in the middle of the street acting erratically. When officers told Spivey they wanted to pat him down for weapons, he tensed up. He was taken into custody and during a search, a glass smoking pipe commonly used to consume controlled substances was found on him. Spidey was found to be on probation and had been banned previously from that property.
He was taken to the Lincoln Parish Detention Center where he was booked.
