
A Ruston man was arrested after Lincoln Parish deputies responded to a report of a motorcyclist riding through someone’s yard and learned he had an active warrant, according to an affidavit filed by the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responding to the scene on Madden Road knew Donald Wayne Jenkins, 42, was wanted on a warrant from Third District Court for violation of a protective order
At the scene, deputies spoke with the complainant and Jenkins before placing Jenkins into custody on the warrant.
The affidavit states deputies searched Jenkins and found suspected marijuana, ecstasy, cocaine, and methamphetamine, each in a separate bag.
Jenkins was transported to the Lincoln Parish Detention Center and booked on the warrant and possession of marijuana, possession of ecstasy, possession of cocaine, and possession of methamphetamine.
